Veltrixa Technologies – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Veltrixa Technologies.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Veltrixa Technologies, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under Registration Number 80886880-000 (“Veltrixa Technologies”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and any individual or entity (“you”, “your”, or “User”) that accesses or uses our website, mobile application, digital wallet, payment card services, or any other products and services made available by Veltrixa Technologies.

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any Veltrixa Technologies service. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use our services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

Account

means your registered Veltrixa Technologies user account.

App

means the official Veltrixa Technologies mobile application.

Card

means any virtual or physical payment card made available through the Veltrixa Technologies platform.

Digital Assets

means cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, tokenised assets or any other supported blockchain-based digital assets.

Wallet

means your Veltrixa Technologies digital wallet used to store, receive and transfer supported digital assets.

Website

means the official Veltrixa Technologies website and any authorised web portal operated by Veltrixa Technologies.

Business Day

means any day on which banks are generally open for business in Hong Kong, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Applicable Laws

means all laws, regulations, regulatory guidance and compliance requirements applicable to Veltrixa Technologies or to your use of the services.

Card Issuing Partner

means any licensed financial institution or authorised payment service provider engaged by Veltrixa Technologies to facilitate payment card services.

KYC

means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.

AML

means Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Sanctions Laws

means economic sanctions, trade restrictions and prohibited persons regulations issued by applicable governmental authorities.

By registering an account or using any Veltrixa Technologies service, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• you are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction;
• all information provided by you is accurate and complete;
• you will keep your information up to date;
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Veltrixa Technologies unless separate service-specific terms are expressly provided.

Veltrixa Technologies provides technology solutions designed to facilitate digital asset management and payment functionality.

Depending on your jurisdiction and the services you use, our platform may include:

• Digital asset wallet services
• Cryptocurrency transfers
• Supported blockchain transactions
• Virtual payment cards
• Physical payment cards
• Card management tools
• Transaction history
• Security controls
• Account management
• Merchant payment functionality
• Customer support
• Referral or promotional programmes where applicable

Certain financial services may be provided directly by licensed third-party institutions or regulated partners. Such services may also be subject to additional agreements, policies or regulatory requirements.

To use Veltrixa Technologies services, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• have legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• not be prohibited by law from using our services;
• successfully complete identity verification where required;
• not appear on sanctions or prohibited persons lists;
• not use the platform on behalf of another person without proper authority.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if these requirements are no longer met.

To access certain services, you must create a Veltrixa Technologies account. You agree to:

• provide truthful information;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• maintain the security of your devices;
• immediately notify Veltrixa Technologies if you suspect unauthorised access;
• update your information whenever it changes.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Veltrixa Technologies may require additional verification at any time to protect your account or comply with regulatory obligations.

To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, Veltrixa Technologies may require identity verification before granting access to some or all services. Verification may include:

• government-issued identification;
• proof of address;
• facial verification;
• liveness checks;
• sanctions screening;
• politically exposed person (PEP) screening;
• enhanced due diligence where appropriate.

Failure to complete requested verification may result in:

• delayed account activation;
• restricted functionality;
• suspension of transactions;
• cancellation of card applications;
• account closure where legally required.

Providing false or misleading information during verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of:

• your password;
• authentication codes;
• recovery phrases (where applicable);
• one-time passwords;
• security questions;
• biometric authentication used on your device.

You must never share your credentials with another person.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Veltrixa Technologies immediately.

Veltrixa Technologies may temporarily suspend access while investigating suspected unauthorised activity.

The Veltrixa Technologies Wallet enables eligible users to hold, receive and transfer supported digital assets. Availability of supported assets may change without prior notice.

You acknowledge that:

• blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed;
• incorrect wallet addresses may result in permanent loss of funds;
• network congestion may delay confirmations;
• blockchain transaction fees are determined by the relevant network;
• Veltrixa Technologies does not control public blockchain networks.

Users are solely responsible for verifying recipient addresses before initiating any transfer.

When using cryptocurrency services, you acknowledge that:

• blockchain confirmations may take varying amounts of time;
• transaction completion depends on the relevant blockchain network;
• network fees may fluctuate;
• digital asset prices are volatile;
• transactions cannot normally be reversed after broadcast.

Veltrixa Technologies is not responsible for losses arising from:

• incorrect wallet addresses;
• unsupported tokens;
• blockchain forks;
• network failures;
• user error;
• private key compromise outside Veltrixa Technologies's systems;
• delays caused by third-party blockchain networks.

Eligible users may apply for a virtual or physical payment card through the Veltrixa Technologies platform. Card issuance is subject to:

• successful identity verification;
• compliance screening;
• internal approval;
• availability in your country or region;
• acceptance by the issuing financial institution.

Approval of a card application is not guaranteed.

Cards remain the property of the issuing financial institution where required by applicable regulations.

Veltrixa Technologies or its issuing partner may refuse, suspend, restrict or cancel any card where required for security, compliance or operational reasons.

Your Veltrixa Technologies Card must only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• permit another person to use your card;
• use your card for illegal transactions;
• attempt fraudulent transactions;
• circumvent spending controls;
• manipulate transaction processing;
• engage in prohibited merchant activity;
• use the card for money laundering or terrorist financing.

Transactions may be declined where:

• insufficient balance exists;
• risk controls are triggered;
• fraud is suspected;
• regulatory obligations require intervention;
• merchant restrictions apply;
• technical failures occur.

Where supported, your payment card may be funded using eligible assets or available balances.

Conversion between cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies may involve:

• exchange rates;
• conversion spreads;
• network fees;
• processing fees;
• third-party charges.

Applicable fees will generally be disclosed before confirmation where practicable.

Veltrixa Technologies may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

• account services;
• payment card issuance;
• replacement cards;
• international delivery;
• blockchain withdrawals;
• card funding;
• currency conversion;
• inactivity where permitted by law;
• premium services.

Current fees will be published within the application, website or applicable fee schedule and may be updated from time to time.
